Normal Baked Goods Shipping Schedules
We ask for four to six days to bake, process and ship your retail orders. Wholesale orders typically take one week. Baked goods are shipped in insulated containers with ice packs, then placed in corrugated boxes. During warmer months, we may need to add dry ice, which will increase the cost by $15.00.

Shipping Details
We ship every business day of the week, and use UPS Ground. Single item, retail baked goods sales are presently shipped in the Philadelphia/South Jersey areas only. The prices shown are all you pay for single item orders as shipping is free on these orders!

Wholesale item orders have a minimum order size of 6 units per item, and we ship in the Northeast United States, from Virginia to Maine. Wholesale shipping charges will be added on at checkout. For larger orders such as pallets, shipping 1 - 2 pallets in the Northeast United States will cost approximately $200.00 per pallet. This price can change based on quantity. Please use the Contact Adrienne Form to get an estimate of the total charge and delivery date for these larger orders.

Incorrect Address: We cannot be responsible for orders received with incorrect addresses. Please remember that these are perishable items, and specific delivery instructions should be noted when checking out. Please include your phone number to aid our shipping process in finding the address. Retail and small wholesale deliveries will be delivered even if there is no one to sign for it. No credit will be issued if the recipient does not find the package(s) on the delivery date.

Return & Refund Policy
Our business rarely receives negative feedback, but sometimes we do indeed make a mistake. Because our products are perishable and custom orders, we cannot give monetary refunds. We can offer credit for the products or replace them. A legitimate explanation is required.

We do not offer credit or replacements if you give us an incorrect address, if you fail to open your package upon delivery, or if you accidentally selected the wrong dessert upon ordering. Our goal is to provide the product you order and to make you happy!
