The classic floral products serve as first impressions when wreaths are placed on front doors, and they brighten up any room, foyer and table.
Now, with the introduction of sugar free baked goods, these products can positively touch the lives of those experiencing health issues like diabetes and weight management. They provide great taste without an aftertaste - fooling even the most discriminating taste buds. And they can be ordered through the Internet.

Healthy Recipes
There are a variety of things that you can do with your scrap booking projects. For example, this scrap booking project of mine allowed me to take my father’s 8 x 10 graduation photo and add a personal, classic touch. Here’s how I made it look easy.
Start with a 12 x 12 inch teal, patterned cardstock, which will become your base. Then choose a brown patterned cardstock, measuring 8 ½ by 12 inches. Line the brown cardstock up with the left hand margin on the larger teal patterned base and glue the four corners together.
Measure and center an 8 x 10 inch portrait onto the brown cardstock. Glue the four corners using glue dots. To add some extra embellishment to the project, measure and cut an 8 ½ inch long solid brown border at the bottom of the page. Use a paper tearing ruler to create a wavy look to the top of the border.
Next, add a hole-punched, die-cut tag in the upper right hand corner. Then tie a beautiful, brown and teal floral pattern ribbon into the hole. Finish the embellishment by placing a teal and white sticker in the center of the tag. To complete this very special project, spell out your subject’s name using brown, self-adhesive letters. This coordinates perfectly with the bottom, brown border. Center them in the right hand border of the larger cardstock. That’s all there is to it!
Roasted Cauliflower Soup
This hot and delicious soup serves 8 to 10 people, and is easy to make.
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower (3 lbs), cut into florets
1 bay leaf
1 large onion, sliced
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
2 cloves garlic, each one halved
1 cup half-and-half
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
- Heat oven to 400°. In a large roasting pan, toss cauliflower, garlic, and onion slices with olive oil.
- Roast at 400° for 30 minutes, stir halfway through.
- In large saucepan, combine roasted cauliflower, chicken broth, 1 cup of water, thyme and bay leaf. Cover, bring to boiling. Then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
- Discard bay leaf. In a blender or food processor, puree soup in batches. Return soup to the saucepan. Stir in half-and-half, salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat until heated through.
